CSS for under construction page

I know the under construction page is limited with formatting, but my form was bigger and centered a few days ago and now it's smaller and left aligned. Not sure why. Using Contact form 7 and noticed there are no formatting options in it. Been using Claude to add CSS, but nothing is working. Is there just no way to change the formatting more on the under construction page?
