  Hi,

  Sometimes the WordPress updater hangs like for you and does not show available updates. It is completely independent of us as theme authors. However, there is a trick that works in most cases: if you have any other pending update (theme or plugin) make this other update, and then the theme update should appear.

  Regarding the manual update, you are doing this in the wrong place. Betheme is not a plugin but a theme, and your screenshot shows that you are trying to upload it through the Plugins tab. To make it work you must upload the package through Appearance -> Themes -> Add Theme:

  Thank you so much, the manual install worked, but again the new update ... does not work again :(

  Now I now what to to do, but it is cumbersome

  Perhaps, there is a solution to it, cause there are no other updates on plugins in wordpress

  Unfortunately, it does not completely rely on us. If you do not have any other pending updates, you can try installing any plugin (you can later remove it) through Betheme -> Plugins, and check if the theme update appears then.
