Mounting effect support not working with Footer Sliding Under Content enabled

Hi, I'm setting up a new site and would like to use the Sliding (Under Content) effect for the footer.

The problem is that using this effect in the footer doesn't work for the columns.

Here are two tests: in this one, [Links visible only for registered users] I have the footer effect enabled, but the columns don't slide.

[Links visible only for registered users] On this page, however, in the block I indicated #comefunziona, you can see the effect I want to use, but if I enable the footer effect, it doesn't work. Why?

The #comefunziona block is exactly the same because I'm using a global section.
