404 on Options Submission

Hello

I get a 404 error every time I edit and save the theme options, so i can't change anything.

Wordpress 7.0.4.

    please make sure you have latest version of Betheme installed. Also, please disable All 3rd party plugins to check if this helps. If not, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] and we will check what might be the reason.

    It is the latest version of WP, the latest download of Betheme from themeforest - downloaded yesterday - all software downloaded and installed yesterday. There are no plugins other than the theme installed plugins: Contact Form 7, Slider Revolution.

    I will post details of the WP account access and ftp / cpanel
