somethhing wrong with the builder

There is something wrong, not only with this website. the Bebuilder is not wotking properly, or let´s say its not working at all. The frontend looks fin, but it impossible to make any changes. What happened?

How Can I fix this?

This affects several Sites I build …

    Hello,

    Please turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent theme and recheck it.

    If this will not help, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users] and we will check what might be the reason.

    Hi, the website I´m talking about is: [Links visible only for registered users] and here is another screenshot. I reset the cache und deactivated the plugins and switched from child to regular theme. nothing changed: Here is another screenshot:
