Unable to make section edits it BeBuilder

I am trying to edit sections on my hompage at [Links visible only for registered users] with BeBuilder but I am unable to do any of the actions listed under the three dots (Actions, Import/Export). I need to Show or Hide sections. When I hover over the three dots, the options appear partially underneath a text column, and when I try to click they/move the cursor, they all disappear.
