Cannot deregister old license to activate new purchase code

Hello,

Our website, fillaendurance.com, is currently registered with a BeTheme license belonging to the marketing company that originally built the site. We no longer have access to that Envato account.

We purchased a new Regular License through Laura Filla's envato account. In Wordpress under BeTheme>Dahsboard, clicking "Deregister theme" does nothing, even after a hard refresh.

Please remove the old license registration from fillaendurance.com so we can activate our newly purchased license. We can provide the new purchase code privately if needed.

    Hi,

    This domain does not have a valid license key assigned, and if you cannot register through Betheme -> Dashboard, it means that the company that built the site used an illegal version of our theme.

    Now you should download a fresh copy of Betheme from ThemeForest and install it on your website. Then you should be able to register your license key without any problems.

    Also I suggest creating a backup of your website before proceeding any actions as noone know how this bulked version of our theme was changed. For backups, it is best to use the Duplicator plugin: [Links visible only for registered users].
