how i remove the arrow in the right top corner?

  It is a sliding top feature. You can set it to hide in the theme options:

  I have another issue: in the sticky menu, when the sidebar appears, the menu list isn't centered—neither the Italian nor the English version. Furthermore, the Italian menu is fixed in place, whereas the English one can be moved left and right; I would like both of them to be centered and fixed (please see the attachments for the issue described).
