Betheme license: please unbind staging domain and allow registration on production domain
Hello Muffin Group team,
I have a Regular License of Betheme (ThemeForest item 7758048), purchased on 2024-10-01 under the name Benedict Körtgen. My purchase code is registered in my forum account.
During a test update, my purchase code was registered on a staging domain: iromaget.myhostpoint.ch. My production site is medexam.app. I would now like to move the license from the staging domain to medexam.app.
Could you please:
1. Remove the registration/binding of my purchase code from iromaget.myhostpoint.ch, and
2. Allow me to register the same purchase code on medexam.app?
Betheme's local "deregister" function does not seem to free the domain on your server, so I need your help. I am updating from Betheme 23.0.2 to 29.0.
