How do I deregister a license?

Hi, I created a website at new.neofin.pl and then changed the domain to neofin.pl.
The BeTheme license is inactive on the new domain. However, I can't register it because I get a message saying that the license is in use on new.neofin.pl and I have to deregister it first.
The new.neofin.pl website isn’t working, so I can’t access the dashboard to click “Deregister.” I tried to do this through the License Manager—https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/—but there I get another message saying that the license is still in use and that I must delete all BeTheme theme files before deregistering the domain. Those files aren’t there because their URL has changed.
What should I do to register the BeTheme license in this situation?
