Bundled Slider Revolution update package unavailable on registered staging site
Hello BeTheme Support,
I am trying to update the bundled Slider Revolution plugin on EuroIslam’s staging site: https://www.euroislam.eu/stargazer/
BeTheme is registered and active on this staging copy. In BeTheme > Plugins, Slider Revolution 6.7.58 is shown as available, while the installed version is 6.5.9. When I click the update button, the installer returns: “Pacchetto di aggiornamento non disponibile” (“Update package not available”).
Could you please check why the bundled package is unavailable for this registered staging site and advise how to install the included 6.7.58 package? The homepage slider is currently working with the older version. The production site has not been updated.
WordPress version: 7.1.3.

This message could mean that your license key is being used on multiple domains. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain or it is not registered anywhere, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).
After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed, deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your plugin a couple of times (usually, it passes after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

Thank you for your reply. I checked the BeTheme License Manager with the purchase code and the Envato username. It shows exactly one registered domain: www.euroislam.eu. We have removed the /stargazer staging copy.
On the production site, BeTheme 29.0.2.1 is REGISTERED/ACTIVE and System Status reports 0 problems. Slider Revolution remains at 6.5.9, while BeTheme > Plugins offers 6.7.58. Clicking Update changes the button to Active, but after reloading the installed version is still 6.5.9. The required-plugin installer explicitly reports “Pacchetto di aggiornamento non disponibile” (“Update package not available”). The homepage slider is currently working.
Could you please check why the bundled update package is unavailable for this single registered domain? Is there an official package or another update procedure that does not require disabling every plugin on the live site? If disabling all plugins is essential, please confirm why and let us know what diagnostic information you need before we schedule that interruption.

Please send us your license key, the WordPress dashboard, and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at [Links visible only for registered users], and we will check what might be the reason.
