Cannot Save Theme Options After Update

Hello! I have a problem after updating WordPress and BeTheme on October 23, 2026.


Before performing the updates, I enabled “Under Construction mode“ through BeTheme Options. This worked without any problems. I then updated WordPress, followed by BeTheme and two plugins. After completing the updates, I tried to disable Under Construction mode. However, clicking “Save Changes” redirects me to /wp-admin/options.php, where an IONOS domain parking page appears instead (HTTP 400 – Bad Request).


The changes are not saved, and Under Construction mode remains active. The same issue occurs when attempting to save any other BeTheme setting, even without making changes. It seems that standard WordPress settings can still be saved without any problems.

    Please go to Betheme -> System Status and check if your server meets the theme requirements.

    Thanks for your reply! I have already checked the System Status, and all server requirements appear to be met. I couldn’t find any warnings or errors.

    Most likely saving theme options could be mistakenly blocked by the ModSecurity on your server.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask to check if some of the ModSecurity rules are blocking that.

    I contacted my hosting provider and explained the issue. I don’t know if they made any changes, but everything seems to be working properly again now. I was able to disable Under Construction mode and save the Theme Options without any problems.
