Good morning, why am I unable to delete my number and remove the site—and why am I getting this message?

    Oh, sorry—perhaps I posted an image I shouldn't have... my apologies!

    But I can't figure out why I'm unable to remove the site from the registration!

    Hi,

    Please do not share your license key here, as others can see it.

    Anyway, as the license key manager says, there are still Betheme files on your website. The license manager is for deregistering licenses from websites that were removed without being deregistered first.

    Please log into your website and deregister your license through Betheme -> Dashboard.
