Bundled WPBakery and Slider Revolution update fails: Malformed URL: "key" is required

On juazanzibar.com, Betheme 29.0.5 is registered with a valid Envato purchase code, and the dashboard shows the licence as ACTIVE. The bundled plugins won't update.
When I update WPBakery Page Builder (7.5 to 9.0.1) from Dashboard Updates, the update fails with:
"Getting download link... An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: Malformed URL: "key" is required"
In BeTheme Plugins, clicking Update on WPBakery or Slider Revolution (6.6.20 to 6.8.1) changes the button to "Active", but after reloading the installed version is unchanged.
What I've tried: deregistered and re-registered the theme with the purchase code, and tried again 24 hours later. Same result.
Background: the site was just updated from Betheme 21.4.6 to 29.0.5. WordPress 6.4.3 (being updated shortly), PHP 8.0, Aruba Windows hosting.
Could you check the licence for juazanzibar.com in your License Manager and help me get the bundled plugin updates working?

Please uninstall and reinstall these plugins through Betheme -> Plugins, and then check if the newest version is installed.
