Home page / Front page not showing in Google?

in SEO

Hi there - when searching for a client site, even by name, various pages do appear in Google but for some reason the Home Page / Front Page is not showing or even listed as far as I can see.?

In 'Homepage Settings' the homepage is set to the correct page.

In 'Pages' view in Wordpress the page in question is tagged with "-Front Page"

The site appears to be working fine with now issues and all plugins and BE Theme are all up to date.

What am I missing please?

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Please note that this issue is related to search engine indexing and SEO configuration (such as Google Search Console settings, indexation tags, or sitemaps), rather than the Betheme itself. Betheme provides standard HTML structures and SEO-friendly code, but search engine indexing depends on external factors and site configuration.

We recommend consulting with an SEO specialist or webmaster who can analyze your Google Search Console account, review your site's robots.txt file, check meta tags, and help ensure your front page is properly indexed by Google.

If you have any technical questions or encounter any issues directly related to Betheme features and settings, please feel free to let us know. We'll be happy to help!

    Best regards

Hi there - many thanks for responding to this - I did wonder if it would be an SEO issue but having had 'front page / home page' indexing issues with other themes I thought it best to check here first and get confirmation from you. We will pursue this with the SEO people.

    Many thanks.
