Menu Transparent, Search Icon to remove, Modern Menu changed

Dear Sirs, is it possible in template "Transport" with Modern menu to do like as we send you in attach?
To remove Search Icon, to make menu transparent and full with so background can bi visible up and trough? Thank you for all your help

Dear Sirs, website is offline. Can I give you privately login and pass. In the mean time we managed to make menu like in the picture above. But we have another problem:

In sticky menu white colour of menu links are invisible (in mobile and destop version). Is it possible to change colour in sticky variant? And to make logo bigger? In mobile version is almost invisible. Thank you for all
