Submenu items are showing in capital letters despite being in lowercase?

In the menu section, for example "Marketing" is showing as MARKETING in the submenu- how can I make it displays Marketing?

Hi,
please send us url to site where menu items are uppercase because to be honest we have no idea where you got it. There is nothing like that on our demo as we see.
