The demo data cannot be imported properly, 5 lines of warnings showed on top after I tried to import

I can't install my theme properly, and I tried to install in via FTP. It seems working just fine except the slider in the homepage never showed up.....
I have been trying for a couple days, it is really frustrating............

    And it showed these errors when I try to import the theme Demo Data

    It's not because of theme if you got css issues. It's because you're trying to upload whole package instead of theme only. More details about "missing stylesheet" you can read on [Links visible only for registered users]

    What about warnings? Does demo import properly or not? Any url to site where you imported demo so we can have a look on it?

    The themes have been installed properly,but the theme doesn't import properly. 

    I don't have an url for you to access, but I did a screenshot of how it looks after I tried to import the demo. (all the demos have same menu as it shows in the screenshot)

    @nanrock008 Menu is duplicate because you imported demo several sites or you got menu items before the import. That's why menu wasn't set properly. In this case we suggestion to go to Appearance > Menus section, sort menu items and then under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations please set main menu for site.

    About warnings, looks like your server does not work properly with wp_remote_get() [Links visible only for registered users] function which uses loopbacks. This may happen because of security mode on or other settings. And if some options were not imported properly, we recommend to import them manually the way as it was described on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/6679/manual-import-of-muffin-options-panel#latest
