Demo import creates white block at the top of the page

Hi, I've just installed the demo theme, not changing anything and the page has a white block at the top and your demo theme doesn't. Can you tell me how to remove this please? Many thanks.

Ok, but please deactivate maintenance mode because we can't have a look on your site. If you can't deactivate, please send us private message with access to your dashboard so we can have a look on it.

It's content padding as we can see. You did not activated Content | Remove Padding option under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.
