Digital Demo RevSlider Border Doesn't Work

The demo for BeTheme Digital clearly shows a white border around everything including the slider. I can't get the border to show up around the slide on my own install. I attached 2 screenshots comparing the official demo and my imported demo data and revslider. If I change the Slide Layout mode to Auto, the border shows up but not Full Width or Full Screen mode.

How do I get the border to display around the slider like in the official demo in Full Screen Mode?

Setup: Fresh WordPress 4.3 install and latest BeTheme file from ThemeForest. Demo data and revslider for 'Digital' imported. Nothing else changed.

I sent you the dashboard access via private message a day or so ago. Any progress as to what it causing this issue?

All I did was install the standard packages with nothing customized, it should be working "out of the box".
