i cant adjust the logo size

i have a logo with size 227 * 113 px but when i uploaded it .. the logo return very small

when i change the code in the css the half of logo goes down

i use rtl website

and i want to move the main menu more to left

please deactivate "Maintenance mode" so we can have a look on it.
