Licencing of demo content

I'm wondering about using demo content.

According to the license, what can I do more with demo content after importing it?
The demo page always consist icons and photos a lot of people.
May I customize it a little and sell it for the customers ? Obviously, I have to buy additional licencje for Betheme - I know this.

Is this case described anywhere?

It depends which images you want to use. Some were made by us, some are based on free license but some we bough on photodune.net service.

May I modify it and sell it using all included photos?

Does it exist a special license which describe using demo content?

Do you mean to modify and sell it on Themeforest marketplace or what? How you want to sell it exactly?

I mean about selling it directly to the customer (not on Themeforest).

If you want to re-sell it to customers, then for each customer you must buy single license on TF marketplace. Only then you can sell such website to customer. Also as we wrote above, some images we buy directly on codecanyon.net. On Be|Surfing few images we bought but few are for free. But basically it's very hard to say which images we bought exactly but which are free as we got already thousands of them.
