Hi

Just wondering with the SHOP demo in the trailer boxes your images are the same size on display but no matter what size I put in they come out smaller. Is this controlled by the media settings/size in wordpress or how do you keep the same image size format.

Hi,

those images are controlled by add_image_size() functions under functions/theme-functions.php file.

Hi

so when importing a demo the size is correct until I change the image? Im confused as to why the file would not be the same as what ever came in the demo. There are maybe 6 different add_image-size so what would I change so the trailer box images appear like they do in the Shop demo.

Yes, when you import the complete demo, everything should be the same as on our side. But if is not, then we need url to your site to have a look on it. Otherwise, we have no idea what you did wrong.
