How do I change this? Ive seemingly tried everything after reading other threads, but do not see anything specific to changing the Action Button | Title field to a color .
No it's called in the BeTheme settings :Action Button | Title.
You can see it in the screenshot images above. Instead of using a button, I just added text to appear in the action bar area.. Unless there is a better way to add this text.
Sorry but we can't agree with you. It's definitely not "Call to Action" button. As you can see on http://pasteboard.co/tNwbcLm.png it's contact_details section which can be set under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section. And colors of this section, can be changed with below css:
