change backgroundcolor from subheader

hi, i'm using betheme. i started with the medic-template and changed some settings. unfortunately i'm not abel to change the color of the subheader. i entered the color of my choice in the theme options but nothing happens. i also tried to define it in css but with no effect, the color stays like in the medic predefinition...

As we see, subheader background is set under Custom CSS section. Below css is responsible for that color:

#Subheader {
    background-color: rgba(19, 191, 177, 0.7) !important;
}

Like we wrote, it's custom css so it's under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.
