Gap within elements on mobile view

Hi,
I have attached screen shot of the gap that I can't get rid of when page viewed on mobile. This gap is between two elements within a section and I can't adjust that within elements properties.
Could you please advise how to get rid of it.

You got this empty space because it's placeholder which is empty but obviously must be somewhere placed on mobile what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/ELbxSe7.png

What you can do is remove all placeholders on smaller devices with below css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) { 
    .placeholder { display: none !important; }
}
