How to center home "button" logo

I would like to know if it is possible to center the logo home "button", similar to the "Stack Header" header option, but for the "Below Slider" option.

I tried using the custom css in this post http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/170/any-suggestion-how-to-center-menu-using-stack-center

but it did not work.

You can do it only using below custom css:

#Top_bar .logo { width: 100%; text-align: center; }

How would I also center the logo for the is-sticky title bar that is fixed at the top of the page when you scroll down?

If you will activate sticky menu then we can have a look on it because at this moment it is not activated and we are not able to check if this is possible.
