Responsive Mobile View Pushes Text Down

Hi

The site is www.nolimitselectrical.co.nz   When in responsive view for tablet or mobile the homepage elements are pushed down the page backgrounds and white text (which looks fine on a blue background in desktop mode) gets pushed into a white background and can't be seen.

How do I fix this please?
