Change Action Bar Hyperlinks and Body Padding

Awesome theme - I'm having fun using it!

I'm working with the Coaching theme and I just have 2 questions:

How can I change the hyperlink colours in the action bar without affecting other hyperlinks?
I'd like a bit more room between the edge of the box (main content window) and the text, could you let me know how to add some?

Thanks - action bar successfully changed

Point 2: The website is still under construction so can't send url but have linked a screen shot below. I want to add extra padding to the main content window if possible. At the moment, text and elements added are 20px away from the main content box, I would maybe like 40px.
