Hallo,

I've tried to install the BeTheme and its Plugins.

But I can't install the Envato WordPress Toolkit. I get the message:

The destination folder already exists . / home / u52851 / public_html / wp -content / plugins / Envato WordPress Toolkit master /
The plugin installation has failed .


And in the frontend I only see the message:

Fatal error:  Call to undefined function is_product() in /home/u52851/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/theme-head.php on line 772

What can I do?

Hi,

Envato Toolkit plugin does not work anymore. More details about that you can read on https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit/issues/85

But in accordance to 2nd question, we recommend to update theme files via FTP because this looks like your files are incomplete.

Thanks for your help! Unfortunately it still doesn't work ... I deleted all files and uploaded them via FTP. The backend is as previously alright and the frontend displays the error.

I've tried to install it on another domain. Same problem.

Ok. So please deactivate all plugins and check. But if this won't help, then please send us access to your dashboard and FTP privately and we'll update your files ourselves. But please remember that if you made any changes in theme files, you will lose them all.

The Theme and the Fucion Core Plugin doesn't like each other. Now it works. Thanks alot for your help!
