Duplicating Muffin Builder Content

I created a post that should have been a page.  How can I most easily move the Muffin Builder work from Post to page.

Similar question:  I created a page and now I want to use it as the base for creating another page.  How can I most easily duplicate the Muffin Builder work to start a new page?
