Duplicating Muffin Builder Content

I created a post that should have been a page. How can I most easily move the Muffin Builder work from Post to page.

Similar question: I created a page and now I want to use it as the base for creating another page. How can I most easily duplicate the Muffin Builder work to start a new page?

If you built post with Muffin Builder, then you got Import/Export button in the right bottom corner where you can import/export muffin builder content. The same way it works for pages.
