Oops! That page can’t be found.

This is the third time I have bough beTheme.  I absolutely LOVE it!  I made a subdomain for my site so I can take my time redoing it.  Unfortunately, it will not allow me to upload the theme.  Every time I do it says "Oops!  That page can't be found."  What should I do?

  • Hi,

what is the way you update theme? We recommend to update theme via FTP because this is the safest way.

    Thanks!
  • It is not live yet to update.  I have a previous theme already in place on my domain name.  I made a subdomain to build the site and it's not allowing me to upload it.

  • I just tried to upload it on my live site, saying the same thing -  Oooops that can't be found, and then won't upload.
  • OK!  It seemed to be a plugin.  What I did was deactivate all the plugins on the domain.  I was then able to upload it on the domain as well as the subdomain.  After I reactivated the plugins, it seems to be fine.  Just in case someone else runs into the same issue.  Have a great day, I am sure I will be buying again for other clients.
  • Ok, great :) Thanks for the information!
