I would like to make some modifications in flexslider.css, but I don't find the style sheet in the FTP.
Could you say me where it is?

we do not have anything like flex slider included so we don't understand to what files your refer to.

But this is the slider that does not come with theme, right? This is the slider that you just installed. If this is true, then please send us url to site where you got this slider and we'll see if there is anything what we can do for you.

I think that it is the VC slider, but I don't find the CSS stylesheet at FTP.

No, this is not a part of VC plugin for sure. However, you can remove this border with below css:

.flexslider { border: 0 !important; }
