And what? You want to add above button for revolution slider for actions option? Because if this is what you mean, then unfortunately it is impossible. This is the option that was built into revolution slider and only built-in options will work here.

We use prettyphoto, not lightbox. And yes, you can have similar gallery. It's default WP gallery and more details about creating similar galleries you can read on https://codex.wordpress.org/The_WordPress_Gallery
