please find that , I am using a Transparent Header .

When we are using shop the cart symbol is supposed to be a part of Header ..

But it was coming with white button at the back .Which is not accepted and looks very odd beside the transparent header

Please let me know how to fix it

Of course. So to set transparent background for the right section of header, please use below css:

#Top_bar .top_bar_right::before, #Header .top_bar_right {
    background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.3) !important;
}

I applied it .. and it worked .

But while scrolling down .. tight button looks even bad .

can you please provide the fix .

Ok, we see what you mean. Please use below css instead and hope this will do the trick:

#Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) .top_bar_right::before, #Header #Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) .top_bar_right {
    background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.3) !important;
}
