  Hi,
  
  yes, it is possible. To do this, please set custom layout with layouts configurator feature and then under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section, set "Single Post | Layout ID" option.

  Hi,
  
  it's me again. I think that the layout option is useful, but when I insert an image there it's z-indexed below the actual place I want it to be.

  What I'm trying to do is to replace the blue color (this one which is just below the main menu) in all single posts with an one defined image.

  So if you want to set background image in header only for single posts only, then will be much easier to use below css:

  .single-post #Subheader { top: 0 !important; }
  .single-post #Header { background-image: url('PATH-TO-IMAGE') !important; }
