Automatic update not working

I've purchased 2 Be Themes. One theme (www.redacteurs.ch) updates automatically when I go into the Envato Toolkit. The other one (www.nutrimassagem.com.br) does not, since version 9.

Both websites are from the same provider.

Can you explain how to fix this?

Hi,

unfrotunately Envato WordPress toolkit does not work anymore because Envato changed their API. If you ask why, you should send this question directly to Envato staff. More details about this issue you can read on https://github.com/envato/envato-wordpress-toolkit/issues/85

I'm sorry, but I disagree. I've got other themes and it is working fine. Plus, it is working with your BE theme as I described in the question !

So why it is working with one and not working with the other one?

Can you explain that?

Sorry but there is nothing to agree. Did you wrote the link we sent you? Did you read what author of this plugin wrote? You say that tool's author is wrong and does not saying the true? Sorry, but we don't think so. If you want to know why this tool stopped working, you should contact with Envato and ask them.
