How do you set the height of the post/page subheader to a specific "px"?

It appears i was able to edit the subheader height in CSS for desktop but it still shows the old sizing on mobile devices. See here: http://millennialmarketingideas.com/how-it-works/

Notice that the sub header container is much larger on mobile then it is on desktop.

Looks like i had to edit responsive.css as well... Seems to be working now...

So the last questions is how do i increase the size of the logo area on desktop and mobile?

Ok. So to increase size of the logo area, please use below css:

#Top_bar #logo { height: 120px !important; }

This appears this custom CSS makes the responsive "mobile" version of the logo/header change as well. How do i edit those independently?

Above you wrote that you want to change logo size for desktop and mobile. Now you're asking about what exactly? Desktop version?
