Blog - Masonery Tiles style Shortcode for VC

Hi,

My client is more used to managing their website using the Visual Composer. Which means I need to replicate the Muffin Buider layouts but using the VC and the Muffin shortcodes for VC.

I am looking to replicate the Blog - Masonery Tiles style as in the demo http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/journalist/ using the VC.

Is this possible? Can someone advise how this can be done?

for this demo, we used Blog item with Masonry Tiles style. The same item with the same style is available for VC plugin.

The url you sent does not work but it does not matter. What theme version you use?

The css file says version 10 - I only purchased the theme yesterday

Are we talking about Blog item from Muffin builder? Because looks like you are using different item. This is how settings for Muffin Builder Blog item looks like http://pasteboard.co/1pXrFd6q.png

Yep the Blog item from Muffin Buider iin the VC elements. The one highlighted here - https://www.dropbox.com/s/m6f9enarmlsgueq/Screenshot 2015-10-16 13.52.51.png?dl=0

I have uploaded the theme again to see it that fixed the issue. Nope.

I can see also see the array on 1546 in the file Functions/builder/back.php

So we recommend to re-install theme files and also please update VC plugin because your files must be corrupted. We checked in few different places and this item does not look the same as on your side.

OK I have created a fresh upload to this http://mymockwebsite.co.uk/ site and these same is happening here after i have just downloaded the theme files from ThemeForest

I have created an admin user account as follows:

Just seen there has been a new version 10.1 of the theme updated in TF.

I have installed this and blog shortcode in the VC works perfectly now.

I spoke too soon.

The VC shortcode works, in that i can now select the Masonry Tile style but it still isn't the same as used in the Muffin Page builder shortcode. The VC shortcode doesn't have the "Filter" feature.

How can i add this also?

I realised that when you switch to classic mode editor you can amend the shortcode to include the Filters and Grey Scale option.

You must have something cached then if shortcode works fine but you don't see the same option under VC. We remove above details as it is not allowed to leave such details in public section. Next time, if you want to send us access, please do it privately. So, if you will send us private message with access to your dashboard, we'll be able to have a look on it.
