How do i make just text i have highlighted in the picture to align right in the table?

Sorry but you misunderstood something. We know what is cart page but it does not look the same as on your screenshot. Look at the following screenshot http://pasteboard.co/1uhaQjmm.png and tell us if you see the difference between cart on your screenshot and on our?

Im sorry for the confusion.I meant the checkout page instead of the cart. I have replaced all the templates and the CSS files to the default that came with the demo theme data (Insurance)

Ok, finally we found it. So to align those table elements to the right side, please use below css:

.woocommerce table.shop_table tfoot th { text-align: right !important; }
