How can i use blog sidebar widgets?

I want to use these widgets on the sidebar (see picture). These are the blog categories. How can i do that? I don't see any changes.

If you want to work with categories sidebar, you must set blog page properly first. All details about creating blog page, you can read on
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#blog
When Blog page will be set properly, then you can set widgets inside category sidebars.

I'm sorry. It doens't work. I don't see it
I have changed the sidebar to blog at the blog page and Front page displays: Your latest posts in Settings > Reading -> to Blog
What else can i do?

I have seen it in the categories, but want to see it in the categories blogpost.
