My visual composer never allowed me to install it

It always says installation failed. I even updated it with the newest version of the BeTheme and still the plugin won't install successfully...

It means that VC folder on your FTP already exist. You should go to FTP and remove VC's folder.

How does one access FTP? I am having the same problem.

If you do not know how to access your FTP then please contact your hosting provider since we do not have any of your login details.
