Cannot Install Revolution Slider on my WordPress install on Localhost

I was able to install the zipped BeTheme files into my WordPress install o my Localhost Server running on XAMPP stack but while all the other plugins install successfully, I keep getting "An error occurred while installing Slider Revolution: Install package not available.."

    because it's localhost, we have no idea what could be wrong. This most common issues are usually related with wrong localhost configuration. Also please make sure that revolution slider plugin folder is included because we have no idea what else could be the reason.

    We solved this issue by installing the problematic plugins one by one.

    Not ideal, but hey, works.
