If i do it like in one page|homepage one interesting appears
if i go from different page to mega menu and press sub item - the #button brings me on proper place in the page BUT if i press on the same page but ather subitem the button brings me tho the needed place with eating some pixels maybe 40px lower that title
It looks like you did one page and anchor for link take you to the right section that have the same ID as anchor. So we don`t understand what is the problem exactly because it looks fine on screenshots above.
