Correct Dimensions for Background Image
Hello,
I'm having trouble placing a background image correctly on a client website. Attached is the bg image from my designer. What image dimensions are needed to have the bg image fit on the entire screen and maintain it's dimensions in responsive mode?
Obviously the colored circles are intended to show up on the left and right side of content.
Please let me know if you need any additional information

the backgrounds we use are FULL HD only. So it's 1920px width. But please notice that those backgrounds won't be responsive because css and responsive mode are technically incompatible.
