Issue with Menu

Hello,

on our website (http://ibeacon2.sic-software.com) we have a problem with the menu.

We put the Content a little bit higher, so it overlapps with the slider. Everything fine to this point. We used your suggested CSS and it worked.

But when you click for example on "Leistungsspektrum --> Bluetooth" there is a Problem with the Menu when it popup. The content hides the expanded menu (under the point "Leistungsspektrum"), when you go with mousover to this menusection.

But the menu has to be visible! Do you have a suggestion how it could be fixed?

please make a screenshot of how this looks like on your side and we`ll have a look on it because we are not sure how this looks like on your side.

We finally found the page where this happen. We spent over 1 hour on it and it is not possible to do what you need. Current z-index of header is lower then content below and that`s why submenu goes under content.So this trick with slider and content can be used only for homepage and you can`t use it on inner pages because technically it is not possible.

I think we solved the problem.

We changed in layout.css:

#Header_wrapper { z-index:29; position:relative;} to #Header_wrapper {
position:relative;}

and added following to custom css:

#main {position:relative; z-index:29;}

This solved the problem for us. We didn´t recognize any mistake due to this change.

Maybe it´s an option for you to add in further Themeupdates.

Otherwise, to keep this change we need to create a childtheme. Am I right?
