Background color (white) behind menu buttons becomes transparent when scrolling down the page

Hi, my website is http://ellenbukstelmusic.com. If you scroll down the page, the menu buttons' background becomes transparent making the buttons very hard to read. I've tried everything to correct this. Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, this is still a problem. I've updated to 10.4 and the issue persists. Please see site (ellenbukstelmusic.com). Thanks and I hope we can resolve this ASAP.

Please turn on sticky header so we can check what the problem could be after update.
