@ChapterSeven Sorry but we do not understand the mean of "fix" word in this case. Is there anything broken with the date or what? But if you just mean to remove the date because you don't need/like it, it is called "customization" then. So if you ask for a customization, please send us url to page where from you want to remove date.
To fix that we would need some information from you. please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related with those limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
