How to make semi-transparent menu FULLY transparent

How can i make the following menu fully transparent:

Split Menu Semitransparent
(Page Options: Custom Menu is NOT supported)

Hi,

Sorry, can't give you an url cause site is in development mode. But I made a screenshot of it.

It is basically the menu header, its semi transparent, its only visible on ipad when the slider scales down. I need it to be Fully Transparent. So i do not have the problem when people view it on ipad.
