Is there a way to make the menu background a solid colour instead of transparent?

Ok. So to change header background to solid color, please use below css:

.header-semi #Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) { background: #000 !important; }

@dlinden2 Not sure what is not clear for you exactly but if you don't know where to paste above css, you should do this under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.

But as we see, your header is already solid white. It's not transparent what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/1NWNZ4L.png

.tr-menu.header-split #Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) { background: #000 !important; }
